Genie Matthews and Associates on the Mississippi Gulf Coast seeks an OB/GYN physician to join a collaborative five-physician practice. The role supports both new graduates and seasoned professionals, with a focus on women's health, obstetrics, and gynecology in a modern facility.

You will work in a mentorship-friendly environment with flexible scheduling, a 4-day work week option, and a potential pathway to partnership after three years including equity opportunities.

Qualifications

• Open to all experience levels, including residents completing training in 2026/2027.
• Team-oriented physician committed to evidence-based and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide obstetric and gynecologic care including minimally invasive surgeries and robotic procedures.
• Deliver and manage obstetric patients (approximately 50–60 births per month) and manage gynecologic care.
• Collaborate with a five-physician team in a mentorship-driven, no-hierarchy culture.
