Qualifications

• OB/GYN residency completed.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN.
• Unrestricted medical license in Oregon.
• Minimum of three years OB/GYN practice for Medical Director component.
• MBA or MHA preparation preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Medical Director oversight for OB/GYN and Family Birth.
• Lead quality, access, patient safety and clinical standards.
• Support staffing, scheduling, onboarding and mentorship.
• Collaborate with midwifery leadership and service line initiatives.
