Job summary

Axia Women's Health–Lexington Women's Health is seeking a Board Certified/Eligible OB/GYN Associate Physician to join a team of 6 OB/GYN physicians, 2 GYN-only physicians, 6 nurse practitioners, and 3 CNMs in Lexington and Nicholasville, KY. The role offers mentorship and strong robotic surgery training, with approximately 1,800 deliveries per year and on-site Level II NICU support.

Hospital affiliation includes dedicated anesthesia, laborist support, and a robotics-forward surgical program.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in OB/GYN with interest in mentorship and building a surgical career.
• Experience with high-volume robotic surgery is a plus.
• Strong collaboration with multi-disciplinary team and on-call capability.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care to patients in Lexington and Nicholasville.
• Participate in high-volume robotic surgeries and develop surgical skills.
• Collaborate with physicians, CNMs, NPs, and support staff to deliver patient-centered care.

• Highly desirable on call: CNMs take 1st call.
• Locations in Lexington & Nicholasville, KY.
• Provider Team: 6 OB/GYN physicians, 2 GYN-only physicians, 6 nurse practitioners, 3 CNMs, and growing.
• Robotics: 3 physicians on staff are Robotics Certified. High-volume, minimally invasive and robotic surgery mentorship available.
