Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required with active medical license.
• Unrestricted medical license in Florida or eligible to obtain.
• DEA license or ability to obtain one.
• Board certification in OB/GYN or eligible within 5 years.
• BLS certification present or obtained.
• Commitment to obstetric and gynecologic care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OB/GYN clinical care in outpatient and hospital settings.
• Perform in-office procedures such as D&C, LEEP, I&D and lesion removal.
• Collaborate with a small multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive women's health services.

Unrestricted State Medical License

Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain

OB/GYN BC/BE (ABOG, AOBOG)

Board certification within 5 years of eligibility
