Job summary

Optum CA is seeking an Obstetrician-Gynecologist to join our team in Northridge, CA. You will provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care in a collaborative ambulatory setting, delivering high-quality care to patients.

The role features a Monday–Friday schedule, with deliveries and surgeries at nearby hospital/ASC and a dedicated care team to support providers. Board-certified or eligible physicians are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• MD, DO, or MBBS degree.
• Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in CA or ability to obtain prior to employment.
• Valid DEA license or ability to obtain prior to employment.
• Active BLS certification.
• Welcome 2025 grads.

Responsibilities

• Provide obstetric and gynecologic care in clinic and hospital settings.
• Manage prenatal and well-woman care, follow-up appointments, and family planning.
• Deliveries and surgeries performed at nearby hospital and ASC.
• Collaborate with a dedicated care team to support patient management.
• Average daily patient load of 18-20.
