MercyOne Genesis Bettendorf OB/GYN team seeks a BE/BC Obstetrics & Gynecology physician to join a busy, established practice in Bettendorf, IA. You will work in a collaborative model with hospital-based support, dedicated OR time, and access to a Level II NICU.

Offering full-time employment with a two-year income guarantee of $400k plus incentives, a $100k commencement bonus, relocation assistance up to $15k, and a comprehensive benefits package starting day one, this role emphasizes work-life

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• BE/BC in OB/GYN
• Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in Iowa
• Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physician’s field of practice
• Eligible to work in the United States (J-1 and H1-B candidates welcome to apply)

Responsibilities

• Provide OB/GYN care within a busy practice setting.
• Collaborate with the team, hospital staff, and APPs to deliver comprehensive care.
• Participate in on-call schedule (Call split 1:5) and ensure patient safety during emergencies.
