Job summary

Adelphi Medical Staffing, LLC seeks an OB Hospitalist in St. Louis, MO to cover 12-hour shifts (7a–7p, 7p–7a) for pregnant patients up to 6 weeks postpartum. The role includes high- and low-risk pregnancy management, FHR interpretation, and delivery care.

You will collaborate with RNs, APPs and sonographers, perform routine and complicated deliveries including C-sections, and provide ultrasound support and OB evaluations in a busy OB ED.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in OB/GYN
• Licensed in MO or IMLC
• BLS and ACLS certifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pregnant patients up to 6 weeks postpartum presenting to the OB ED
• Manage low and high-risk pregnancies including FHR interpretation and OB ultrasounds
• Perform routine vaginal deliveries and low forceps deliveries
• Manage complicated deliveries including C-sections, breech, multiple births, and VBACs
• Collaborate with APP support staff, RNs, and sonographers to provide comprehensive care
