Job summary

Firman Solutions in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a dedicated OB/Gyn Physician to provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care in a full-time, on-site clinical setting. You will deliver high-quality, evidence-based care across women’s health services, including routine obstetrics, gynecology, prenatal and postpartum care.

The role requires board eligibility/certification, active DEA, and an Arizona license, with opportunities for a competitive base salary and productivity-based bonus.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology residency program.
• Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Arizona license or eligibility; active DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to patients.
• Conduct consultations, routine exams, and assessments.
• Manage prenatal, delivery, and postpartum care.
• Offer contraception and family planning services.
• Perform gynecologic surgeries and obstetric procedures as appropriate.
• Deliver inpatient and outpatient care.
• Interpret tests and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatments, and prevention.
• Maintain an inclusive, respectful clinical environment.
• Ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and professional standards.
