HealthOp Solutions in Chandler, AZ seeks an OB/GYN physician for a physician-owned practice offering full-scope women\'s health, Monday–Friday schedule, and a potential partnership track. A no-deliveries option is available and a GYN-only path is possible for the right candidate.

The role provides private-practice autonomy with inpatient collaboration, a stable outpatient base, comprehensive benefits, and a path toward ownership while maintaining work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Arizona MD or DO license or eligible.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology residency.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Eligible for Arizona medical licensure.
• DEA registration or eligibility.
• Ability to obtain required hospital privileges.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient OB/GYN care, including preventive care and prenatal visits.
• Diagnose and manage gynecologic conditions and coordinate care.
• Manage labor and delivery, intrapartum and postpartum care.
• Perform gynecologic procedures including minimally invasive surgery and hysteroscopy.
• Collaborate with CNMs, APPs, and hospital teams to coordinate care.
• Participate in shared OB/GYN call coverage as applicable.
