CommuniCare Health Centers (Texas) seeks an experienced OB/GYN physician to deliver high-quality primary and specialty obstetric care. You will manage patient care across inpatient and outpatient settings, maintain accurate electronic records, and collaborate with the Director of OB/GYN on clinical issues.

Responsibilities include diagnosing, prescribing, coordinating with labs and imaging, and ensuring timely care while meeting productivity standards.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Current unrestricted medical license in Texas.
• Annual continuing medical education as required by Board specialty.
• DEA and related certifications to legally practice in Texas.

Responsabilités

• Examines, diagnoses, treats and/or refers patients within a physician's panel; prescribes medications and treatment plans.
• Maintains electronic medical records and ensures timely documentation and closure of encounters.
• Ensures continuity of care and timely medical services per clinic schedule.
• Refer to appropriate specialty care, labs, x-ray and ancillary services as needed.
• Review lab/x-ray results and make medical management decisions.
• Provide excellent patient and staff service via multiple channels and supervise students/clinical staff.
• Participate in after-hours calls on a rotation basis and adhere to clinic policies.

Formation

M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school

Texas medical license (unrestricted)

DEA certification

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
