Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Women's Health Specialists – Waxahachie is seeking an Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to join our team. The role involves evaluating patients, taking histories, ordering tests, diagnosing, and providing comprehensive care.

You will supervise clinical staff and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality women's health services in Waxahachie, just south of Dallas.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in medicine and Texas medical license.
• Board certification or active pursuit of certification in obstetrics/gynecology.
• Experience supervising clinical staff and delivering patient care.

Responsibilities

• Examine, record, and maintain patient information and histories.
• Prescribe and administer treatments, vaccinations, and care plans.
• Order and interpret tests to diagnose conditions.
• Supervise allied health professionals and advanced practice clinicians.
• Develop post-operative plans and educate patients on health maintenance.
