• Current Physician's Permit, Controlled Substances Registration, Certificate issued by DEA required.
• Outpatient Health Care clinic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality primary health care for the community.
• Diagnose and treat medical illnesses and diseases.
• Document and chart all treatment modalities.
