Job description

St. Joseph’s Health is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN to join our well-established Women’s Health Specialists in Auburn, NY. Position Details:

• Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 hour days
• Hospital Call: Two 24-hour shifts per month with a post call day off — huge work life balance advantage!
• Office Call: 1 in 4 (telephone call only)
• Access to robotics, advanced minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, and full gynecologic surgical support

Opportunity Highlights:

• Primary outpatient practice location: 615 N Seward Ave, Auburn, NY 13021
• Level III NICU at St. Joseph’s Hospital
• Level III Ultrasound services, strong MFM Physician support and midwifery support (inpatient, full scope midwifery, and laborist coverage)

• Deliveries and Surgeries in Syracuse, but practice locally in Auburn, ideal for providers who want to live and work in the community they serve
• System Volume: 1,600 deliveries annually

Recruitment Package:

• Compensation: $325,000 – $350,000 per year
• Additional Shift Compensation
• $50,000 starting bonus
• $25,000 retention bonus at beginning of year 2
• $25,000 retention bonus at beginning of year 3
• $50,000 Early Sign-On Annual Residency Stipend Available! Earn $50,000 per year throughout the remainder of your Residency from the year of signature.
• The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, quality incentives, extra shifts, or other cash compensation. Compensation may vary based on experience and other factors in accordance with state law.
