Job summary

Oula Health, Inc. in Norwalk, CT, in partnership with Stamford Health, seeks a board-certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist to serve as Assistant Medical Director for a new collaborative care practice of midwives and OB/GYNs.

This full-time role involves direct patient care, administrative duties, and some education responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of leadership experience, a valid CT medical license or eligibility, and a passion for patient-centered maternity care

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Experience leading a team of midwives or obstetric staff.
• Strong leadership and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as part of a new collaborative OB/GYN practice.
• Lead and manage a team of midwives and physicians; oversee clinical operations.
• Support education responsibilities including teaching residents or fellows as needed.
