Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking an OB/GYN physician to join a growing women’s health practice in Clinton Township, Michigan. The team includes nine OB/GYN physicians and offers a four-day clinical workweek, approximately 1:8 call, and a guaranteed base salary with uncapped productivity incentives.

Offers include a signing bonus, relocation assistance, and potential partnership. The hospital affiliation features Level III NICU and Da Vinci robotic surgery.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Michigan.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care.
• Manage prenatal, postpartum, and routine gynecologic visits.
• Perform obstetric and gynecologic procedures.
• Develop and maintain long-term patient relationships.
• Participate in the shared call rotation.
• Collaborate with fellow physicians and clinical support staff.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered women’s healthcare.
