Join Women’s Health Group, affiliated with UNC Health Blue Ridge, in Morganton, NC. You’ll care for women across all ages, with a strong emphasis on maternity services, labor, and delivery.

A trusted regional leader for over 50 years, the practice offers a supportive community and advanced care options. The role includes a 1:6 call rota with no post-call clinic days, 3–4 clinic days per week (about 20 patients daily), and 5–7 surgeries per week, with a new robot coming in 2026.

Qualifications

• Provide obstetric and gynecologic care across women's health.
• Deliver maternity care including labor and delivery and minimally invasive surgery when appropriate.
• Join UNC Health Blue Ridge-affiliated Women’s Health Group in western North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• 1:6 rotating call with no post-call clinic days.
• 3–4 clinic days per week, about 20 patients daily.
• 5–7 surgeries per week.
• New robot available in 2026; clinical productivity and quality bonuses possible.
• High referral volume from multiple practices across three counties.
