OB/GYN Physician – Beverly/Salem, MA.Join a thriving OB/GYN practice that is part of the BILH network. The role involves performing surgeries at Beverly Hospital and the Danvers surgical center, as well as managing deliveries in a busy maternity unit with 2,000+ annual births and a 12‑bed, Level IIB Special Care Nursery.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care, including prenatal, delivery, and post‑partum services.
• Perform surgical procedures using advanced technology such as the da Vinci Robot.
• Manage obstetric emergencies and provide critical care in the maternity unit.
• Collaborate with a collegial and compassionate staff to ensure outstanding patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Board‑certified OB/GYN physician with a valid medical license.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in obstetrics and gynecology.
• Spanish speaking preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Compensation

Pay Range: $300,000.00 USD - $330,000.00 USD. Compensation may depend on experience, specialty, and productivity. Eligibility for performance‑based incentive compensation is possible.
