Job summary

MedCura Health is looking for a board-certified OB/GYN Physician in Stone Mountain, Georgia, to provide full-scope obstetric and gynecologic care. The candidate will deliver prenatal care, perform gynecologic procedures, and manage high-risk pregnancies.

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Experience in community health or underserved populations preferred.
• Comfort managing high-risk pregnancies and emergency OB/GYN cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient OB/GYN care including prenatal visits.
• Perform deliveries and manage inpatient obstetric cases.
• Conduct gynecologic procedures such as colposcopy and IUD insertion/removal.
• Participate in hospital call rotation for labor & delivery.
• Educate patients on reproductive health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient OB/GYN care including prenatal visits, family planning, and preventive screenings
• Perform deliveries (vaginal and cesarean) and manage inpatient obstetric cases
• Conduct gynecologic procedures such as colposcopy, IUD insertion/removal, and minor surgeries
• Participate in hospital call rotation for labor & delivery and emergency GYN cases
• Collaborate with midwives, primary care providers, and behavioral health teams
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR and comply with FQHC standards
• Educate patients on reproductive health, contraception, and wellness
