Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC. is seeking an OB/GYN physician to join a respected Metro Detroit practice with a 35+ year legacy of women’s health excellence.

You will work in a collaborative team of 12 physicians and 5 certified nurse midwives, with a schedule of 3–4 office days and a 1 weekday 24-hour call plus 1:6 weekend OB call rotation.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN or currently completing an ACGME/AOA residency.
• Demonstrates a strong commitment to patient-centered care and effective teamwork.
• Interested in developing surgical skills and pursuing long-term career growth.

Responsibilities

• Handle a balanced mix of obstetric and gynecologic cases, including Level II & III NICUs.
• Perform advanced in-office procedures such as NSTs, ultrasounds, and hysteroscopies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, midwives, and surgical staff to optimize patient outcomes.
