Job summary

Henderson Group Recruiting seeks an OB/GYN physician to join a respected Metro Detroit practice with 35+ years of women's health service leadership. You will handle obstetric and gynecologic cases, participate in a 3-4 office-day week, and share a 1:6 weekend OB call with midwives, with post-call days off and surgical blocks available.

The ideal candidate is board-certified/eligible, committed to patient-centered care, and eager to grow surgical expertise with mentorship and partnership

• Board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN or currently completing an ACGME/AOA residency.
• Demonstrates a strong commitment to patient-centered care and effective teamwork.
• Interested in developing surgical skills and pursuing long-term career growth.

Responsibilities

• Handle a balanced mix of obstetric and gynecologic cases, including Level II & III NICUs, and perform advanced in-office procedures such as NSTs, ultrasounds, and hysteroscopies.
• Collaborate with a team of physicians, midwives, and staff to optimize patient outcomes.
• Engage in surgical responsibilities with access to dedicated OR time and modern robotics under mentorship.
