Job summary

Unified Women's Healthcare of Texas is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible OB/GYN Physician to join a well-established practice serving the New Braunfels community for over 30 years. You will work with 7 OB/GYN physicians and a dedicated staff, delivering care at Resolute Baptist Hospital and CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital.

Spanning 4 days per week with a 1:5 call schedule, the position offers robust mentorship, competitive compensation, paid malpractice, benefits, and potential partnership.

Qualifications

• Board certification in obstetrics and gynecology.
• Texas medical license eligibility or active license.
• Open to graduates and experienced physicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide OB/GYN medical care for patients in collaboration with a clinical team.
• Deliveries and surgeries at affiliated hospital facilities.
• Work within a 4-day workweek and a 1:5 call schedule; participate in ongoing clinical mentorship and support.

Overview

Unified Women's Healthcare of Texas is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible OB/GYN Physician to join a well-established, physician-led practice serving the New Braunfels community for more than 30 years. Both experienced physicians and graduating residents are encouraged to apply.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Join a collaborative team of 7 OB/GYN physicians supported by an experienced clinical and administrative staff
• 4-day workweek
• 1:5 call schedule (post call day off)
• Laborist backup available; laborist triage all OB patients for the practice.
• Deliveries and surgeries performed at Resolute Baptist Hospital, with some GYN procedures at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital in San Marcos
• Access to the da Vinci Xi robotic surgical system
• In-office procedures/services including hysteroscopy, endometrial ablation, cystoscopy, colposcopy, LEEP procedures, permanent sterilization procedures, Nitronox sedation for patient comfort, HRT, and advanced ultrasound services, including 3D/4D imaging
• Excellent mentorship and clinical support for new graduates
