Florida Woman Care in Naples, FL is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN to join a private practice with a collaborative all-female team. The role includes a balanced OB/GYN and surgical schedule, a 1:5 on-call rotation, and a partnership potential at year two.

Overview

Florida Woman Care is seeking an OBGYN for our private practice in Naples, FL.

Position Highlights:

• Staff - 4 MDs, 2 NPs (all female team)
• Call Schedule - 1:5 weekdays; 1:5 weekends
• Workdays - 50/50 OB/GYN ratio; 1 day OB; 3 days GYN and surgery on Fridays
• Partnership opportunity at end of 2 years
• Patient Load - 25+ patients per day
• Fully licensed medical team and support staff
