Job summary

Good Shepherd Health Care System in Hermiston, Oregon, seeks an experienced OB/GYN to join our team. This full-time opportunity supports a daily patient volume of 18–25 with a dedicated medical assistant and on-site RN supervisor.

We value evidence-based, compassionate care and a collaborative environment. Board-certified or eligible physicians with an Oregon license (or the ability to obtain) are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school and board certification/eligibility in OB/GYN.
• Unrestricted Oregon medical license or ability to obtain; active DEA license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Full-time position with 18–25 patients per day, mix of OB and GYN.
• Support team includes medical assistant for each provider and on-site RN supervisor.
• Perform common in-office procedures as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Position Highlights:
• Full-time
• Patient Volume: 18-25 patients/day - mix of OB and GYN
• Dedicated Support Team: Each provider has a medical assistant; RN supervisor on site

Common In-Office Procedures Include:

• Colposcopy
• Endometrial Biopsy
• Pessary placement and management
• Nexplanon and IUD placement/removal
• LEEP procedures (performed by some providers)

What We’re Looking For:

• Preferably 5+ years of post-residency experience
• Strong commitment to evidence-based, compassionate care
• Team-oriented provider who thrives in a collaborative environment
