Connectly Recruiting presents an opportunity in Columbia, Missouri for a Board-Certified OB/GYN to join a high-volume, physician-led practice affiliated with Boone Health. The role covers obstetrics, gynecology, and in-office procedures within a collaborative team of 11 physicians.

You will provide prenatal care, labor and delivery management, gynecologic surgery, and access to two Da Vinci systems while enjoying a stable call structure and a pathway to long-term partnership.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN with an MD or DO degree.
• Experience in obstetrics, gynecology, and office-based procedures.
• Willingness to practice full-scope OB/GYN in a collaborative, high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine prenatal care and manage labor and delivery.
• Perform vaginal and cesarean deliveries and postpartum care.
• Deliver annual exams, contraception management, and abnormal uterine bleeding workups.
• Conduct minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, including hysterectomies.
• Participate in 24-hour call with on-site hospital coverage.

Join a distinguished OB/GYN practice in Columbia, Missouri, known for over 45 years of dedicated service to women's health. Our high-volume, physician-led team consists of 11 experienced OB/GYN professionals. We offer comprehensive women's health services, backed by strong hospital affiliations and a robust patient base.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN physician to enhance our growing team. This role encompasses:

• Obstetrics, including labor and delivery
• Gynecology
• Office-based procedures
• Gynecologic surgery

Clinical Responsibilities

Obstetrics

• Routine and complex prenatal care
• Labor and delivery management
• Vaginal and cesarean deliveries
• Postpartum care
• Hospital rounding and OB call coverage

Gynecology

• Annual exams and preventive care
• Contraception management
• Evaluation and treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding
• Colposcopy and other in-office procedures
• Management of menopause and hormone therapy

Surgical Care

• Minimally invasive gynecologic surgery
• Laparoscopic and robotic hysterectomies
• Treatment of endometriosis and fibroids
• General gynecologic operative procedures

Call Structure & Schedule

• 24-hour call model with office and hospital in the same facility
• Post-call day off
• Weekend call approximately 1:5 rotation
• Early office closure on Fridays to promote work-life balance

Practice Features

• Collaborative team of 11 physicians
• Comprehensive referral base in Columbia and nearby areas

• Support from a Level III NICU
• On-site imaging and MFM consultation
