Jackson Physician Search is assisting a private OB/GYN practice in Southern Oregon that has served patients for nearly 30 years. They seek a board-certified or board-eligible OBGYN to join a supportive team of 12 providers.

The role emphasizes work-life balance, autonomy, and robust APP coverage within a four-day workweek (7:30 AM – 5:30 PM) with a 1:6 call schedule. DaVinci Robotics can tailor the practice to OB, GYN, or both.

• Private practice experience is a plus but not required.

Position

• $200,000 sign-on + loan repayment options.
• Partners are earning $600,000+ - Make $400k-500k year 1.
