Community Health Systems is seeking a full-time OB/GYN to join a busy practice at MountainView Regional Medical Center in Las Cruces, New Mexico. You'll be part of a fully employed, cohesive team delivering up to 960 babies annually, with mentorship and support available for both experienced physicians and new graduates.

Step into a busy, well-supported OB/GYN practice at MountainView Regional Medical Center, the only hospital in the region delivering babies without locum providers. This is a rare opportunity to join a stable, employed team with strong volumes, mentorship, and immediate patient demand.

Position Highlights

• Full-time, employed OB/GYN position
• Join an established team of 4 OB/GYNs, 2 CNMs, and 1 APP
• OB-focused practice within a collaborative, multi-clinic women's health program
• 840-960 annual deliveries (70-80/month)
• ~22 patients per day
• Mix of low- and high-risk obstetrics
• Level III NICU support
• 2 da Vinci Xi robots available
• Dedicated C-section OR suites + guaranteed block time
• Clinic located adjacent to hospital (walkable)
