• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnose, identify outcomes, plan, implement and evaluate an individualized plan of care.
• Recognizes changes in patient status and adjusts the plan with care team.
• Advocates for patients per ANA Code of Ethics.
• Seeks feedback and participates in governance.
• Mentors colleagues to advance nursing practice.
• Manages time to optimize patient outcomes.
• Precepts students and other team members.
• Performs other duties as required.
