MercyOne Genesis OB/GYN in the Quad Cities is seeking a patient-centered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our busy OB/GYN team in Moline and Silvis, IL. This full-time position delivers comprehensive women's health care, including prenatal and postpartum services, with opportunities for professional growth and collaborative care.

You will provide assessments, order tests, counsel on family planning, and work with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
• Provide comprehensive women’s health care, including prenatal and postpartum services.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure high-quality patient care.

• Order, interpret, and communicate laboratory and diagnostic test results.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure high-quality patient care.

This is an exciting opportunity to support a busy Women's health program by providing immediate access to the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive women's health care, including preventive, gynecologic, prenatal, and postpartum services.
• Conduct patient assessments, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic gynecologic conditions.
• Manage prenatal care and monitor maternal and fetal well-being.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive compensation - Starting at $130,891 – plus productivity incentive (for 1.0 FTE)
