The ideal candidate has PA program certification, NV licensure, and NCCPA certification, with 2+ years of experience preferred. BLS/ACLS and MS Office skills are required; benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Two years’ experience as physician assistant preferred.
• State of Nevada PA license required; DEA registration required.
• NCCPA board certification required at time of hire; active Nevada license alignment.
• BLS or ACLS certification required; other related certifications may be accepted.

Responsabilités

• Examine, plan and implement health care for assigned patients under physician supervision.
• Obtain patient histories and perform physical examinations; order labs and develop treatment plans.
• Assist with procedures and participate in inpatient rounds as needed.
• Document findings and provide patient education and counseling.
• Maintain compliance with Nevada statutes and Renown Health policies.
