Job summary

SSM Health is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner) to join our Obstetrics and Gynecology team at SSM Health Medical Group in Shawnee, OK. Schedule is Monday-Friday, Day Shift (40 hours per week) with no nights, weekends, major holidays, or call rotation.

Ambulatory, procedure-based practice serving patients across all ages, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and pharmacy plans along with pre-tax savings, PTO and retirement

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• 1 year NP experience or 2 years RN experience in an acute care setting.
• Ability to obtain NP licensure in Oklahoma.
• One of the following NP certifications: ACNP-BC, ACNPC, ACNPG-AG, AGACNP-BC, AGNP, AGPCNP-BC, ANP-BC, FNP-C, ENP-BC, ENP, FNP-BC, GNP-C, WHNP-BC
• BLS - American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive acute and chronic care visits, including procedures, diagnostic evaluations, and patient education.
• Collaborate with the Ob/Gyn team to deliver ambulatory, procedure-based care for patients across all ages.
