An independent, not-for-profit health system in northern Arkansas is seeking a BE/BC OB/GYN to join a growing practice. The team currently includes three OB/GYN physicians and clinics are located within minutes of the hospital, with access to Da Vinci Xi and Da Vinci 5 robotic platforms.

Compensation includes a $400,000+ base with production bonus potential, plus starting bonus up to $40,000 (or $80,000 Arkansas Community Match if eligible), relocation up to $10,000, a $1,000 monthly resident

Qualifications

• Board certified/eligible OB/GYN.
• Experience in high-volume deliveries is preferred.
• Ability to participate in a rotating call schedule.

An independent, not-for-profit health system in northern Arkansas is seeking a BE/BC OB/GYN.

Position details

• Target start: summer 2027.
• Join three OB/GYN physicians; clinic less than two minutes from the hospital.
• Call: five weekdays per month and one to three weekends per year.
• Approximately 650–700 deliveries annually; Level II nursery and 24/7 anesthesia coverage.
• Da Vinci Xi and Da Vinci 5 available.

Compensation and benefits

• $400,000+ base plus production bonus opportunity.
