Direct Jobs is seeking an OB/GYN Nocturnist for a well-supported labor and delivery program in Madison, Wisconsin. The position features a flexible 7 on / 7 off schedule with 12-hour shifts, handling an average of 3–5 deliveries per day along with GYN emergencies. Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology, and while 3+ years of experience is preferred, new graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong nursing and midwife support is provided.

Qualifications

• Board Certification or eligibility in Obstetrics & Gynecology is required.
• Preference for candidates with over 3 years of experience, while new graduates are welcome.
• Must obtain medical licensure in Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Work 12-hour shifts on a 7 on / 7 off schedule.
• Handle 3–5 deliveries per day and respond to GYN emergencies.
• Collaborate in a team-based practice with nursing and ancillary support.
