Yale New Haven Health is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Obstetrician-Gynecologist for a blended leadership and clinical role as Medical Director, OB/GYN (0.1-0.2 FTE) and OB/GYN Generalist. The position is based in Wilton, CT with inpatient duties at Greenwich Hospital, offering strategic leadership across NEMG and a dynamic clinical practice.

The role emphasizes quality, patient-centered care, mentorship, and collaboration within a premier integrated health system.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Connecticut.
• MD or DO degree.
• Demonstrated record of clinical excellence.
• Prior physician leadership experience preferred (e.g., Medical Director, Division Chief, Section Chief, Program Director, Department Vice Chair, or related leadership role).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for ambulatory OB/GYN services across NEMG.
• Lead physician engagement, quality outcomes, and access to care.
• Maintain inpatient privileges at Greenwich Hospital.
• Support teaching, mentorship, and professional development, including possible Yale School of Medicine faculty appointment.
• Champion Epic optimization and adoption of innovative technologies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to advance women's health.
