Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; medical office experience preferred.
• Active CMA, RMA, or CCMA certification is required or preferred depending on location.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) competency required.

Responsibilities

• Performs assigned tasks in ambulatory care under physician supervision to meet patient needs.
• Collaborates with RN and physician to follow the patient care plan and ensure quality care.
• Utilizes electronic medical records and supports the health care team.
