Job summary

Aurora Medical Group (AMG) in Wisconsin is seeking Medical Assistants or Licensed Practical Nurses to support providers in ambulatory care. You will welcome patients, record vital signs, prepare exams, assist during procedures, administer vaccines, and document in the electronic health record.

This 40-hour week includes 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, with Thursdays off. Compensation ranges from $21.85 to $32.80 per hour, depending on licensure, experience, and

Qualifications

• MA must have completed an accredited MA program or 2 years of MA experience.
• LPN must have an active LPN license and BLS certification.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and adheres to safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and assist with transitions into care.
• Take and record vital signs and medical histories.
• Prepare patients for exams and assist during procedures.
• Administer medications and vaccines as directed.
• Perform lab tasks including specimen collection and point-of-care testing.
• Document care in the electronic health record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and teammates for coordinated care.
