Job summary

CompHealth is seeking Laborist/OBED physicians for a high-volume site in California. Shifts are 12.5 hours in-house (7:00–19:30 or 19:00–07:30), with 3–5 deliveries per provider and about 6,000 deliveries per year.

Credentialing is streamlined; housing and travel are arranged, malpractice coverage provided, and a dedicated recruiter handles all details with access to an online portal for time entry.

Responsibilities

• 12.5-hour in-house shifts -- 7 am to 7:30 pm or 7 pm to 7:30 am
• 3 - 5 deliveries per day per provider
• High-volume site -- 6,000 deliveries per year
• Laborist, OBED, and float shift roles available
• Credentialing requires recent case numbers in 6 procedural categories
• No scheduled GYN -- laborist focus only
• Hospital privileges required
