Jackson Physician Search partners with a respected women’s health practice in Northern Arizona to recruit BE/BC OB/GYNs. Join an established team of 4 OB/GYNs and 3 CNMs in a mountain community offering a collaborative environment and strong clinical support.

The role features a four-day work week (two clinic days and two 24-hour call shifts), a $250,000 student loan prepayment, and laborist coverage up to eight 24-hour shifts per month.

Responsibilities

• GYN surgery, outpatient clinic, and OB hospitalist call as part of generalist duties.
• Four-day work week: two clinic days and two 24-hour call shifts.
• Laborist openings up to eight 24-hour shifts per month.
• Two days of blocked procedure time per month; no surgeries while on call.
• Collaborative physician-midwife model; OBs take second call for generalist role.
• MFM support for high-risk patients via telehealth consultation.
