Job summary

Jackson Physician Search is helping an established, physician-led women's health practice in Northern Arizona recruit a BE/BC OB/GYN to join a 4/3 team. The role encompasses obstetrics, gynecology, minimally invasive procedures, and robotic surgery in a collaborative model with CNMs providing primary call and OB physicians providing backup.

Qualifications

• BE/BC OB/GYN is required.
• Full-spectrum obstetrics and gynecology practice.
• Experience in minimally invasive procedures and robotic surgery is desirable.
• Candidate must be able to work in a collaborative physician-midwife model.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum OB/GYN care including obstetrics and gynecology.
• Perform minimally invasive procedures and robotic surgery as needed.
• Collaborate with Certified Nurse Midwives for call coverage and patient care.
• Coordinate with MFM services for high-risk patient management on-site and via telehealth.
