Endocrine News is seeking OB/GYN physicians for hospitalist opportunities at Mercy Hospital Springfield, Missouri. This role offers a high base compensation of $210 per hour with additional sign-on bonuses for full-time roles. You'll focus exclusively on inpatient women's healthcare while enjoying flexible scheduling and excellent work-life balance. Both traditional hospitalist and Site Director roles are available.

Qualifications

• Must be board certified in OB/GYN with significant experience in hospitalist settings.
• Proficient in emergency procedures related to obstetrics and gynecology.
• Demonstrated leadership capability in clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Care for all pregnant women presenting emergently.
• Support private practice physicians and deliver babies.
• Participate in patient safety and quality improvement initiatives.
• Mentor residents and medical students.
