TidalHealth is seeking a full-scope OB/GYN Hospitalist to join our women's health team on Maryland's Eastern Shore. This inpatient-focused role offers predictable scheduling and the chance to participate in our ACGME-accredited residency program, training the next generation of physicians.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• MD or DO degree and eligible for Maryland medical license.
• Interest in academic medicine and resident education.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient OB/GYN coverage.
• Manage labor and delivery patients.
• Respond to obstetric emergencies and triage.
• Perform cesarean deliveries and gynecologic procedures.
• Collaborate with community OB/GYN physicians and midwives.
• Teach and supervise OB/GYN residents during clinical care (required).
• Participate in a team-based approach to patient care and education.
