Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an experienced OB/GYN Hospitalist for per diem coverage at HCA Florida Northwest Hospital in Margate, FL, a suburb of Fort Lauderdale. The team provides 24/7 labor and delivery coverage with 24-hour in-house shifts and close collaboration with neonatology and MFM services.

Responsibilities include OB triage, deliveries, patient management, fetal monitoring, ER coverage, GYN consults and supervision of residents, with on-site Level III NICU support.

Qualifications

• Board Certification in OB/GYN required.
• Active FL medical license or IMLC required.
• Per diem/part-time OB hospitalist experience is a plus.

Position Highlights

• Join a 4-physician team providing 24/7 labor & delivery coverage
• 24-hour in house shifts
• Responsibilities: OB triage, deliveries, patient management, fetal monitoring, ER coverage, GYN consults, supervision of residents
• Support from our affiliated neonatology and MFM practices, on-site Level III NICU
