Job summary

Ascension St. Vincent Indianapolis is seeking a Full Time OBGYN Hospitalist to join our OB team on 86th Street in Indianapolis.

This role leads emergency GYN surgical interventions, coordinates with Level IV Perinatal Care Center and NICU, and collaborates with four OB groups to optimize delivery and triage workflows.

BC/BE in Obstetrics and Gynecology is required. This physician-led, W-2 position offers flexible shift options and strong support within a premier Catholic health system.

Qualifications

• MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Responsibilities

• Lead emergency GYN surgical interventions with full specialty support.
• Manage high-acuity cases including ectopics and ovarian torsions.
• Drive unit triage efficiency by handling all triage arrivals and ER consults.
