Qualifications

• BC/BE in Obstetrics & Gynecology or able to obtain licensure.
• Unlimited Licensure in Massachusetts or able to obtain licensure.
• Active DEA licensure/prescriptive authority or ability to obtain post-hire.
• Mass DPH Controlled Substances Registration or ability to obtain post-hire.
