Job summary

Pediatrix is seeking Per Diem OB/GYN Hospitalists to provide coverage at The Medical Center of Aurora, in Aurora, CO. Responsibilities include 24-hour shifts, emergency management of patients on labor and delivery, and assisting in surgical procedures. Candidates must be Board Certified with at least 5 years of OB hospitalist experience.

Compensation for this position is $145.00 per hour, with travel and malpractice insurance covered for those residing outside a commutable distance.

Seeking Per Diem OB/GYN Hospitalists to provide coverage for our program at The Medical Center of Aurora, in Aurora, CO - Apply Today!

Responsibilities

• 24 hour shifts, in house
• Seeking Per diem candidates with ongoing availability
• Responsibilities include evaluation and emergency management of patients on L/D, assisting in the care of the patients of community OBs, evaluating and managing GYN ED patients and assisting in surgical procedures

Qualifications

• Must be Board Certified
• 5 years of OB hospitalist or OB/GYN experience required
• Active CO license or IMLC compact eligible

Benefits and Compensation

Pediatrix does cover your travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice.

We also cover your malpractice insurance for this W-2 per diem position.

Compensation: The pay for this position is $145.00 /hour
