Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare seeks an OB/GYN provider for 24-hour on-call coverage in a hospital setting with both inpatient and outpatient duties. CNM support on L&D complements a second-call role backing certified nurse midwives.

Qualifications

• Inpatient and outpatient OB/GYN hospital setting
• Full OB privileges required including cesarean and operative vaginal delivery
• CNM support on L&D – second call role backing certified nurse midwives
• Teaching environment interacting with family medicine residents

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour call shifts (7am to 7am) for coverage
• Clinic hours from 10am to 5pm on weekdays; 8am to 5pm full clinic days
• Manage 14–18 patient visits per clinic day
• Participate in high-risk pregnancy consults, D&C, and ectopic management
• Coordinate care in obstetrics with hospital team and residents
• Handle assignment details and time entry in the online portal
