Job summary

Olive View-UCLA Medical Center's Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is recruiting a full-time and a part-time OBGYN generalist/hospitalist to deliver compassionate care for our patients. Qualifications

• Board certified or eligible in OB/GYN.
• California licensed or license eligible.
• Experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for medical education.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Demonstrate empathy, warmth and inclusion to serve as a role model for other faculty, resident physicians and students.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality obstetric and gynecologic care for inpatients.
• Deliver vaginal and cesarean deliveries; perform gynecologic surgeries as required.
• Manage high-risk pregnancies and ED consultations.
• Teach and supervise medical students, residents and fellows.
• Contribute to departmental meetings, teaching conferences, and quality improvement initiatives.
