Job summary

MarinHealth OB/GYN is seeking an exceptional OB/GYN generalist to join our established women’s health practice in Marin County, California. This UCSF Health-affiliated clinic offers a comprehensive, relationship-based care model with strong multidisciplinary support, a state-of-the-art birth center, and a seamless Epic system.

The position features a four-day ambulatory schedule (32 hours), one monthly 12-hour hospitalist shift, and several 24-hour on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. required/acceptable.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• New grads welcome.
• Excellent communication skills and commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Collaborative approach and interest in contributing to program growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum obstetrics and gynecology care within an established physician group.
• Build a long-term practice with an existing patient population in Marin County.
• Participate in on-site ambulatory clinics and hospitalist coverage as part of the OB Hospitalist Program.
• Collaborate across a multidisciplinary women’s health network and use Epic EHR.

MarinHealth OB/GYN | A UCSF Health Clinic is seeking an exceptional OB/GYN generalist to join a highly regarded, established women’s health practice in Marin County. The Position

• Full-spectrum Obstetrics and Gynecology practice within an established and highly regarded physician group
• The opportunity to build a long-term practice, with an established patient population, within one of Northern California’s most respected healthcare communities
• Full-time position includes 4 days (or 32 hours per week) in our ambulatory clinics. One in-house 12-hour hospitalist shift per month, and three - four 24-hour on-call shifts (call from office/home) per month.

Compensation & Benefits

Exceptional earning potential. A competitive base salary of $330,000–$360,000, commensurate with experience, is guaranteed for the first two years, with additional productivity-based incentives that provide the opportunity to achieve top-tier total compensation for the Bay Area.
