Trinity Health Of New England is seeking a friendly Business Services Representative – OB/GYN to greet patients, schedule appointments, check in/out, verify insurance, collect copays, and support referrals. This front-desk role helps keep the women’s health practice running smoothly in Hartford and at neighboring sites.

You will assist providers and staff with chart preparation and communications, with travel to Rocky Hill, Vernon and Enfield as needed.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a medical office or billing department preferred; knowledge of patient billing and medical terminology preferred.
• Excellent keyboard skills and proficiency in a Windows-based computer environment and Microsoft Office products.

Responsabilidades

• Greets and communicates with patients via phone or in person in a courteous, professional manner.
• Answers phones promptly using appropriate scripting.
• Directs calls to appropriate staff or providers to ensure timely care.
• Schedules patient appointments per department protocols to maximize provider productivity.
