Jackson Physician Search is partnering with a thriving women's health program in Southeast Kansas to offer a full-time OB/GYN position. You will join a stable practice with an established patient panel and a team of six women's health providers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of six women's health providers including OB/GYNs and CNMs.
• Maintain flexible scheduling with clinic days or 24-hour shifts per month.
• Provide full-spectrum OB/GYN care within an established practice.
• Utilize robotic-assisted surgical technology for minimally invasive procedures.
• Operate under a midwife-first call model to reduce after-hours demands.
• Coordinate care with oncology and urology specialists for comprehensive patient care.
• Use AI-assisted dictation to streamline documentation.
