Job summary

Lee Health, in partnership with Florida State University College of Medicine, seeks an OB/GYN Faculty Physician to support the residency program at Cape Coral Hospital. You will contribute to high-quality patient care and resident education in a supportive academic environment.

Ideal candidates are board-certified or eligible OB/GYNs with a Florida medical license, DEA, AIUM (or eligibility), and BLS/ACLS credentials.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Residency Program in Obstetrics and Gynecology with board certification or eligibility.
• Unrestricted Florida medical license or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• Clear, unrestricted DEA license.
• AIUM certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Current BLS/ACLS credentials.
• Must meet ACGME core faculty requirements.

Responsibilities

• Teach, supervise, and evaluate obstetrics and gynecology residents with real‑time feedback.
• Participate in remediation of residents and in didactic conferences.
• Contribute to resident education and scholarly activities.
• Provide dedicated protected time for faculty responsibilities.
